Growing Sprouts Childcare Center LLC is planning weekday childcare hours that stretch from early morning to late evening — Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM — so families with non-traditional schedules have a reliable option in Big Bend, Wisconsin.
Early morning care
Doors open at 6:00 AM for parents who start work early. Breakfast and a calm morning routine help children settle into the day.
Full-day coverage
16 hours of weekday availability means families with long shifts, rotating schedules, or commute time have more flexibility.
Evening care
Care available until 10:00 PM with dinner/supper and an evening snack as part of the planned daily rhythm.
What the extended-hours plan includes

Daily maximum
14 hours
No child may be in care more than 14 hours in a 24-hour period, per planned policy and Wisconsin DCF guidance.
Saturday care is not offered at opening. Families will drop off and pick up at our Big Bend location; routine transportation is not planned at opening.
Who extended-hours care is for
We're designing this schedule for families who need care outside the typical 7:00 AM–5:30 PM window — early risers, second-shift parents, healthcare workers, and anyone whose schedule doesn't fit a standard center day. While the exact enrollment structure and part-time options will depend on staffing and licensing, the longer hours are a core part of how we plan to serve Big Bend and the surrounding Waukesha County area.
